Caroline realised the importance of people's healing response to touch while working in a psychiatric institution in the 1980's, and in 1988 she qualified as a Remedial Massage therapist at The Northern Institute. Since 2007 she has trained as an advanced Bowen therapist with Bowtech, and in 2008 she qualified in Holistic Massage with ITEC at the Cotswold Academy in Cirencester .Through the gentle power of Bowen and the healing benefits of massage, Caroline has worked to bring relief to people with many problems, ranging from hip, back and shoulder pain to many forms of stress , including anxiety, sleeplessness, digestive disorders, headaches and trauma.
