Systemic and family psychotherapy has proved to be effective treatment for many mental health conditions affecting children, adolescent and adults as well as supporting couples, families, groups, co-workers, parents, schools and institutions in managing and maintaining positive changes.
I work in a way that is non-blaming and non-shaming and focuses on the resources, potential and strengths that the individual and the family has in overcoming adversities. I work with children, teens, and adults, who wish to make a difference in their life, improve their communication and relationships with others or overcome major difficulties such as anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, eating disorders/disordered eating, living with ADD/ADHD/ Autism, bullying and more.
I offer evening and weekend appointments and work around your schedule.
English and Polish spoken fluently.
