If you wish to focus on a specific issue from the past or the present, would prefer to discuss more general feelings, or if you are in the middle of a crisis, we can work together to discuss and explore your thoughts and feelings.
I will tailor the therapy to your needs and goals in a non-judgemental, containing space. I offer an initial session so that we can meet and then decide if the way that I work would feel helpful or suitable for you.
