FORTHCOMING WORKSHOPS, EVENTS and CLASSES
Escape Arts Summer Celebration Saturday 2nd July from 2pm-5pm.
This is a free, relaxed family outdoor event to celebrate 25th Years of Escape Arts in the gorgeous surroundings of Lifeways Garden, an oasis of calm in the town centre. There will be live music, including chilled out tunes from The Lounge Club plus open mic for musicians to perform, free games and creative activities, with food and drinks to purchase (no alcohol). Those attending are invited to bring a picnic and blanket or camping/deck chairs and enjoy the afternoon. Donations to support Escape Arts are welcome.

On September 10th, we are hosting another Scratchy Beard Picnic in the Garden with local musicians and the excellent local band Scratchy Beard. Last year it ran from 2pm to 10pm and was a wonderful show-case for hugely talented local musicians. A chance to unwind with a bit of dancing at the end.

Starting Tuesday 29th March 2022 - Get your mental health boost from a FREE weekly 5km run and friendly chat about how we're all doing. All abilities welcome. We will meet every Tuesday from 6pm at Lifeways. Please sign up via the HEYLO app.

Tarthang Tulku - Kum Nye Tibetan Yoga
Even when you find yourself in situations that arouse great anger, frustration, or pain, you can dissolve the disturbance by just being aware of your breathing, slightly paying attention and making the breath calm, slow and rhythmical
Tibetan yoga sessions at Lifeways every Monday, 5pm - 6pm.
