Reiki Level 2 Training Workshop wtih Jenny Smart, 7th and 8th March, 10am to 3pm
Join Jenny Smart for Reiki level 2 Training Workshop on 7th and 8th March 2020, 10.00am till 3.00pm each day. Suitable for people who have taken Reiki 1, this practical workshop covers techniques and skills to use with family and friends. Learning the skills needed to towards becoming a Reiki practitioner. It is also suitable for those who may want to return to Reiki, as a refresher.
Reiki 2 includes assessments to the Reiki Federation criteria. The Certificate for Reiki 2 is given two or three months after the Reiki Training Workshop, once the practical assessment case studies and Anatomy and Physiology assignments are completed and assessed. The price for the course, including one-to one email support is £225. (£25 refresher discount).

Learn Mindfulness with a qualified and experienced teacher - reduce stress and reconnect with your ability to savour and enjoy your life on an 8-week mindfulness course.
This course cultivates mindfulness through meditations, discussion, daily life activities and theory. Week by week you will learn to be more mindful.
The teacher is a Breathworks accredited mindfulness teacher, a UK Listed mindfulness teacher and she has an MSc in Mindfulness Studies from the University of Aberdeen. She uses mindfulness every day to support her in her own life.

Awakening Chakra Energies Through Sound with James D'Angelo, Sunday, 31st May 2020, 10:00am – 5:00pm
A key to our self-transformation lies in the vibrational frequencies of the chakras. The closer the frequencies are to their optimum the more we become free of negative emotions lodged in these centres.Through the process of therapeutic vocal sound the chakras are stimulated and re-tuned, clearing blockages and releasing fine energies.This is achieved by various rituals of toning using vowels. consonant and seed syllables that relate to the great Tantra Yoga tradition. Simple movements, similar to Tai Chi and Chi Kung are brought into play to encourage and direct the sounds.
This voice work is complemented by natural sound rituals. The end point is a meditation on these seed sounds, bringing deep peace. No previous experience necessary, only the deep intent to transform the psychology of your chakras.
