
Reiki is a complementary healing energy, an effective treatment for supporting young adults and professionals adults. Reiki treatment is a supportive, positive and non-invasive way to help people. I have been practicing Reiki treatments for seven years, which aims to restore and encourage a recipient’s own body’s natural healing ability. Taking you into a state of relaxation and harmony, allowing your body to rebalance, supports you to feel more connected to life and gain a clarity of thought. Reiki gently stabilises and stills the emotions, restores self-esteem and gives back a sense of well-being. Reiki has been found to be beneficial for different types of work-related stress including exam stress, grief, worry and anxiety, as it promotes deep harmony and rest within. I organise Reiki training workshops Levels 1,2 and 3 and monthly Reiki Shares.
