My classes are designed to create time for you to learn and experience how Yoga can help you improve every day living. Yoga is an ancient practice of postures, breathing and relaxation techniques and meditation. This creates a ‘tool box’ for students to choose from as I encourage all students to practice what we have covered in the class in their own time.
The benefits include toning the muscles, boosting strength and flexibility and enhancing posture, relaxation and breathing. Giving yourself this space can reduce stress and enhance mental well-being. Just like anything the more committed you are the more benefits you will feel.
