I really enjoy seeing the transformation of my clients whether they are having one to one coaching or attending one of my Happiness workshops. I have a particular interest in youth mental health and it is my passion to support and help our young people to build mental fitness.

I help people who need clarity, focus and support to unravel their fears, emotions and limiting beliefs. We can all build a life where we are thriving and confident in our next steps, whether in relationships, parenting, business or life goals.

Applied Positive Psychology and coaching psychology involves the use of a variety of techniques including cognitive behaviour coaching, humanistic and behavioural techniques which I adapt to ensure the right fit for you.
