  • Anxiety Is Your Lookout

Did you know that anxiety is a type of anchor? It is a mental anchor, which is associated with the unwanted feelings caused by memories or events that have caused us distress in our past. So, whenever something happens in the present that might remind us of those feelings, our anxiety anchor is quick to act.

A Journey of Healing and Transformation with PSYCH-K: Dan's Story at Lifeways

My journey to self-discovery wasn’t a simple one. Like many, I have faced my own share of life’s challenges, including anxiety, addiction, and mental health difficulties, with a particular struggle against Bipolar disorder.   These experiences could have left me feeling trapped, but instead, they became a catalyst for profound change.

At a time when I felt engulfed by depression and disconnected from myself, I discovered PSYCH-K. This tool became a lifeline, gently guiding me back to a place of clarity and purpose. After just a few sessions, I experienced an incredible shift. Reflecting on the moment when I felt truly reconnected with my authentic self - full of energy, hope, and a renewed sense of direction, I recall hearing my loved ones saying “Dan is back!”. It wasn’t just about managing my mental health; it was about thriving in ways I had never imagined possible.

Through PSYCH-K, I was able to break free from the chains of old, limiting beliefs and replace them with positive, empowering ones. The transformation wasn’t limited to my mental health - it rippled out to every part of my life. I left behind a successful yet unfulfilling corporate career to pursue something far more meaningful: helping others on their own journeys to wellness. In addition to mastering PSYCH-K, I also trained in Master Energy Colour Healing and have incorporated various holistic practices, like cacao ceremonies, into my offerings.

Today, my mission is to help others experience the same breakthroughs that I did. I work with individuals to address deep-seated beliefs that may be holding them back, guiding them toward clarity and emotional balance. Whether you’re struggling with mental health challenges, relationship difficulties, or simply feeling stuck in life, I can use the gentle yet powerful process of PSYCH-K to help you unlock your potential.

At Lifeways, I offer personalised sessions where I’ll create a safe and compassionate space for you to explore your inner world and break through the barriers that may be limiting your growth. I have both empathy and firsthand experience with mental health challenges, which allow me to connect deeply with my clients. I like to think that I’m a guide who truly understands.

If you’re ready to embrace change and step into a life of empowerment, I am here to help. You can visit me at www.therapyforthesoul.co.uk to book a session and take the first step towards your own transformation. Whether you’re looking to release limiting beliefs, improve mental well-being, or simply find more peace in your life, My approach to PSYCH-K offers a path to healing and self-discovery in the tranquil surroundings of Lifeways.
