Susan Cole has Yoga classes at Lifeways on Wednesday and Thursday evenings from 6pm till 7:15pm.

Su's yoga classes are adapted to meet your own needs, whether you are a beginner or have had previous experience of yoga.

The style of yoga that she practices integrates movement, breathing and attention for better physical and mental health and well-being.

Individual attention is paid to each student.

The breath is used precisely, as the most important tool of yoga, to enhance your inner awareness.

At the close of each session there are a few minutes of quiet meditation.
