
I run a Therapeutic Yoga classes in Themes of 6 weeks. These include titles such as Self Care, Posture, Balance and Strength, and Flexibility. Also workshops on caring for the Spine.
Hatha Yoga has 4 pillars - Postures, Breathing and Relaxation Techniques and Meditation. Yoga is for anyone who is willing to give it a try. There is no age limit and no special equipment or ability needed. Just like anything, the more committed you are, the more benefits you will feel. Coming to class is meant as an inspiration for you to develop your own home practice. This class is about creating time for you to learn and experience how Yoga can improve your health and well-being.

Qualifications
- A 2 -year intensive study with the British Wheel of Yoga which provides teachers with knowledge of anatomy, physiology, phycology and practical teaching skills.
- A 2-year intensive programme, 'Functional Movement for Balance and Bones'. Focus on stimulating bone strength and density through natural movement and weight bearing posture.
