I am a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist and Systemic Family Therapist, dual trained and with a strong background in NHS services before establishing my independent practice in 2016. I work therapeutically with children, young people, and families, offering thoughtful, evidence-based support tailored to each individual and their wider context.

I have extensive experience working with complex emotional and relational difficulties, including anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, loss, and relationship challenges. My work spans individuals, families, and wider professional systems, allowing me to support meaningful and sustainable change.

My specialist interests are neurodivergence and trauma, and I am particularly passionate about supporting children and young people within educational settings. I work collaboratively with families and schools to create environments where all young people can feel understood, supported, and able to thrive.

I also provide Autism Assessments and post-diagnostic support as well as more general psychological assessments to identify individual needs, inform therapeutic work or Education and Health Care Plans .
