Hazel Morgan

Welcome to my profile. I am an experienced integrative counsellor and psychotherapist with a dotorate in Counselling Psychology, very near completion, working with people aged 12 and over.

Adult therapy: I support adults facing a range of challenges, including anxiety, anger, low self-esteen, neurodiversity, relationship difficulties, life transitions, trauma, and bereavement. My doctoral research explored bullying and cyberbullying, and I have a particular interest in supporting those affected by these experiences and their longer-term impact. The number of sessions is discussed in the initial meeting; therapy is flexible and tailored to your needs, whether short-term or open-ended.

Child therapy: I have extensive experience working with children and young people, including those with special educational needs. I offer a safe, supportive space where each child can feel comfortable and understood. Following a free consultation, parents are invited to join the beginning and end of the first session to help their child settle and to begin shaping therapeutic goals together.

Sessions may include creative approaches such as art therapy alongside talking. I provide regular updates and can liaise with schools or other professionals if helpful. Children often attend around 12–15 sessions, though this varies, and progress is reviewed regularly.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome to join our sessions!
