As a queer, disabled, neurodivergent woman
from a working-class background, I am
enthusiastic about creating intersectional spaces
where clients build resilience, explore
experiences, and learn to embrace their
authentic selves despite challenges and past
trauma.
I am a qualified integrative therapist - which
means I use a range of methodologies in my
practice to cater to the client’s needs. Some of
the main approaches I use include Person
Centred, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, EFT
and the Psychodynamic Approach (to name a
few). Along with my private practice, I currently
work at a UK Addiction Treatment Centre,
providing support for those who are recovering
from alcoholism, drug addiction, and eating
disorders.
You are in charge of your mental health journey.
I provide a safe and inclusive space for you to
discover, challenge and process your thoughts,
feelings and behaviours. Take everything at your
own pace and create your own path, I’m here to
hand you the tools and empower your process.
