Dietitians are clinically trained to work with a range of diet related conditions such as: celiac disease, Diabetes, high cholesterol or blood pressure, IBS, reflux, constipation, eating disorders, fussy eating and many more and they aim to use the most up to date scientific evidence and clinical guidelines to devise individualised dietary interventions.
Dietitians have the only legally recognised graduate qualification in nutrition and dietetics that is registered with the Healthcare Professions Council (HCPC). The HCPC is a national regulatory body which ensures rigorously maintained standards of training, professional skills, behaviour and client safety are kept up to date, and Dietitians are one of 13 healthcare professions regulated by them.
