As a Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach, I am passionate about supporting my clients to build new healthy lifestyle habits to achieve their own wellbeing goals, using a unique combination of nutrition and lifestyle advice, coaching and support.
Many of my clients come to me because they are stressed, want to improve their energy levels, ease hormonal/menopause symptoms, lose weight, find more time for their own wellbeing or just feel better!
I take a holistic approach and work closely and collaboratively with clients, exploring a range of mindset and lifestyle factors, including stress, nutrition, sleep and movement in a safe, relaxed and supportive environment.
I provide lifestyle information and advice, tailored to the needs of the individual, alongside coaching and lots of encouragement and support, to help my clients get where they want to be, achieve their wellbeing goals and feel happier and healthier. I also work as a Corporate Wellness Coach.
