I offer an inclusive, person-centred integrative approach, creating a trusting space grounded in empathy and authenticity. Together we explore your experiences, supporting emotional safety, self-understanding, and meaningful growth toward a clearer sense of being.
Hello and a warm welcome! I'm Meghan - and I work with adults and young people from age 15. I am a trans-and-gender-expansive-affirmative therapist, I have extensive experience working with neurodivergent clients, and my formal training in the performing arts gives me deep insight and experience to support artists and performers. I support people navigating challenges such as anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, relationship difficulties, domestic violence and abuse, and substance use. My practice is grounded in creating a safe, inclusive, and affirming space that honours each client's identity and lived experience.
As a person-centered, integrative, and social justice-oriented counsellor, I prioritise autonomy, emotional safety, and self-awareness. I draw on creative and flexible approaches, tailoring therpay to each client's pace and needs. Through a trauma-informed and intersectional lens, I support resilience, authenticity, and self-determination, carefully helping clients reconnect with a clearer, more empowered sense of themselves.
I am a BACP member with a Level 6 qualification and a First Class BA (Hons) in Counselling and the Psychotherapeutic Relationship from the University of Warwick. I have specialist training in Gender, Sexual, and Relationship Diversity (GSRD) and domestic violence, and I volunteer on the support line for Mermaids UK. I have a fully enhanced DBS certificate.
