I offer a warm, compassionate space to explore life’s challenges, heal emotional wounds, and reconnect with yourself. Together, we’ll nurture self-understanding, confidence, and resilience — helping you build a more balanced, fulfilling life.

I’m Natalie, a qualified psychotherapist and mindfulness instructor offering a warm, non-judgemental space to explore the challenges life brings. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem, or feeling stuck in repeating patterns, therapy can help you gain clarity and reconnect with yourself.

My approach is person-centred, trauma-informed, and mindfulness-based — meaning our sessions move entirely at your pace, focusing on safety, trust, and genuine understanding. I work integratively, drawing on humanistic, psychodynamic, and creative approaches to meet your individual needs. Together, we’ll explore not just what’s happening in your life right now, but also the deeper patterns and emotions that may be holding you back.

I have extensive experience supporting adults and parents through periods of change, identity challenges, and family or relational stress. Therapy with me can be both reflective and empowering — helping you cultivate self-compassion, strengthen your boundaries, and nurture the most important relationship you’ll ever have: the one with yourself.
