I qualified as a psychotherapist in 2008 and I am a registered member of the BACP. Since then, I have worked with adult clients who have experienced poor mental health related to self-esteem, confidence and stress, past traumas, abuse, anxiety and depression, relationships and attachment, loss/grief.
I am trained in an integrative model of psychotherapy and aim to provide clients with a reparative experience of relationship as a fundamental element of our work.

The basis of my work is Psychodynamic, I have also trained in Compassion Focused Therapy and I am currently training to specialise in eating disorders.

Welcome, I am a qualified & experienced Counsellor and I offer face to face therapy, online and over the telephone so I am flexible in order to suit your needs and lifestyle.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP) and adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework for Good Practice. I also currently volunteer as a counsellor for AGE UK and have done for the past 5 years which I thoroughly enjoy.
I am passionate about the service I offer, and I try to create an atmosphere that enables you to feel relaxed and therefore enable you to be open, honest and for you to safely and confidentially explore what’s on your mind.
